Terms of Service

Last updated: 12 October 2026

1. Acceptance

By using microworker.app, creating an account, or posting or completing tasks on the marketplace, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The marketplace and any crypto payouts are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

To keep pay fair for everyone, these fair-play rules apply to every account:

  1. One account per person. Family members can each have their own account — even on the same phone.
  2. Use only your own social accounts.
  3. Send proof only of work you did yourself, for this task. Copied or pre-made proofs are not paid, and the account can be closed.
  4. Earnings can be cashed out 3 days after they are paid. Your first cash-out needs a linked Telegram account.

One social account can be used by only one Microworker account, and one Telegram account can be linked to only one Microworker account. While we check an account — for example, when it seems to be linked to another account — we may pause its cash-outs; pausing takes nothing from its balance. We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules or these Terms, or that we reasonably believe are involved in fraud or abuse. When one person runs several accounts, we may close the extra accounts and not pay for copied or repeated work.

4. How the marketplace works

Employers post and fund tasks; the funded amount is held in escrow. Workers complete tasks and submit proof. Approved work is paid from escrow to the worker. Microworker charges a platform fee on the employer side; workers pay no fee and keep the full task reward (see section 7 for the daily balance rule). The current fee rate is shown on the task posting page before you fund. Approvals, rejections, and disputes are handled per the in-app workflow.

5. Acceptable use

Do not post or perform tasks that are illegal, deceptive, harmful, or that violate any third party's rights; do not submit fake, copied, pre-made or low-quality work, or work done with other people's social accounts; do not attempt to defraud other users or the platform, create multiple accounts to abuse rewards, or interfere with the service. An account linked to an employer's account — the same browser, email address or payout address — may not take that employer's tasks.

6. Payments and crypto payouts

Payouts are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network — crypto transactions are generally irreversible, and we cannot recover funds sent to a wrong or incompatible address. Crypto values can be volatile. Payouts may be subject to verification and applicable limits.

7. Daily balance rule

From the day after we switch this rule on and tell you about it, on Microworker or by email, the money you earn on Microworker is kept by doing a task on the days a new task is posted for you. A day (UTC) counts only if a new task you could do was posted on it at least 3 hours before it ended and still had places when it ended. On a day that counts on which you send no task that is accepted or still being checked, complete no survey and fund no job, part of your earned balance moves to the active workers' bonus when that day ends: 0.5% on the first such day, 1% on the second such day in a row and 2% on every such day after that, until you work again. A day that does not count is never charged and starts the count again.

A new task you could do is one you were allowed to take: open to everybody or to workers in your country, not your own or posted by an account linked to yours, not one you had already taken or tried, not limited to some devices or to workers with particular skills, and not closed to workers in your country. Tasks for gambling or adult sites, and tasks we flag as possibly against our rules, never count. We never take money you added, money still being checked or money in a payout.

When each day ends, the bonus is shared among the workers who did at least one task that day and have at least 80% of their work accepted, in proportion to the money they earned that day, less the pay of any task they took and left to run out that day if most other workers finish that task; each day worked in a row adds 10% to a worker's share, up to 100% more. One person gets one share, however many accounts they use, and nobody receives more than 25% of the bonus on one day (or 1 cent, when the bonus holds less than 4 cents). Microworker keeps none of it and adds nothing to it.

On the Daily page, signed-in workers can see the new tasks posted for them today, the longest streaks and how the money moved on the last day: each amount taken and why, without names, and each share and why, by username; you can hide your name there.

8. Promotional credit

From time to time we may give promotional credit — for example, a match on an employer's first deposit for employers moving their tasks from another site. Promotional credit:

  • has no cash value, and cannot be withdrawn, transferred, sold or exchanged for money;
  • pays workers only — it never pays platform fees, and the rest of a task is paid from your own balance;
  • can be used only on public tasks — not on private tasks or tasks for a project's team — and only on tasks that pay no more than the per-worker limit we set for that credit, which is also the most one worker can earn from your credited tasks;
  • is limited to one per person or company;
  • must be used before it expires; credit you do not use by then is lost;
  • is paid from a limited budget, so approvals may wait or stop when that budget runs out;
  • may be changed or ended at any time, without affecting credit already added to your account, except as below.

If we reasonably believe credit was obtained or used through abuse — a fake or misleading application, multiple accounts, or tasks done by accounts linked to yours — we may refuse or void the offer and withdraw any unused credit. The current figures and rules of each offer are shown on its page, for example microworker.app/migrate.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Microworker is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of the service, third-party processors, or crypto transactions.

10. Termination

You may stop using Microworker at any time. We may suspend or end access for conduct that breaches these Terms or harms other users or the platform.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute that cannot first be resolved by good-faith email. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the product develops; material changes will be posted here. Questions? Email [email protected].
