The rules, in plain words
- The credit pays workers only. It can’t be withdrawn or transferred, and it never pays platform fees.
- Public jobs only — not private jobs, and not jobs for a project’s team.
- At most $1 per worker on a $25 match, $4 on a $100 match, so the credit reaches at least 25 workers. It pays jobs that pay up to that much per worker; other jobs are paid from your balance.
- One offer per person or company.
- The match is for your first deposit within 60 days of approval, and the credit lasts 60 days. Credit you don’t use expires.
- It’s paid from a limited budget. When the budget runs out, approvals wait until it’s topped up — you can still apply.
- Accounts linked to yours — the same browser, email or payout address — can’t take your jobs. That’s true for every job on Microworker.
- We can withdraw unused credit if the rules are broken.

Countries and devices
Open a job to the countries you choose, and to phones or computers. Workers outside them don’t see it.
Proof you can trust
Ask for a screenshot, text, a link, or a completion code shown at the end of your survey or sign-up. Every proof is checked automatically, and copied screenshots are held.
Projects and teams
Keep the workers who do good work in a project and talk to them in its chat. With the Verified plan, give them your next jobs first.
An API and webhooks
Post, fund and track jobs from your own systems, and get a webhook when work arrives. See the API.
Fees
5% + $1 per job — or 0% with the Verified plan ($50 for 30 days). Workers pay nothing.

Good to know
Most workers on Microworker today are in South Asia and Africa — Bangladesh, Pakistan, India, Nigeria and Egypt. Jobs open to those countries fill fastest; jobs limited to the US or Europe fill slowly.
